Job Description
A Marketing Analyst is responsible for completing the following duties:

  • Support and provide input for product development, corporate strategies, acquisition development and market development initiatives based on research
  • Utilize analysis tools to assist in business decisions
  • Conduct market research as needed to support marketing initiatives
  • Analyze, interpret and communicate research findings
  • Manage market segmentation, targeting and positioning exercises as needed
  • Define and communicate market share and size for core products
  • Analyze revenue and profit to help with product planning
  • Develop and execute surveys for quantitative analysis
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Develop new user market databases
  • Complete competitive analysis to support product development and marketing initiatives
  • Develop database queries to obtain relevant information from ERP and CRM systems
  • Support Sales channel usage of the CRM system to eliminate inaccurate data

Qualifications
