Job Description
A Customer Service Technician is responsible for completing the following duties:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers calling in for support   
  • Enter the customer’s case into our CRM service software
  • Clearly identify and define the issue the customer is having
  • Enter clear and concise notes to document the sequence of events that took place for future reference
  • Troubleshoot the issue with the customer and take all possible measures to solve the issue over the phone
  • Assign unsolved issues to appropriate staff
  • Assist and support Service Manager as needed 
  • May be assigned other tasks at Supervisor’s/Manager’s discretion
Expectations of Employees
  • Maintain a high level of understanding of dispenser, point of sale systems and tank monitoring systems
  • Provide a high level of customer service to customers 
  • Attend training sessions as required for competency
  • Must be able to work independently
  • HS Graduate or equivalent. Tech/trade school training is a plus
  • Mechanical repair, troubleshooting, analytical aptitude is a plus
  • Required to have a valid State Driver’s License 
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship skill sets as well as solid customer service focus
  • Solid electronics background and computer knowledge required
